• All listings and adverts should be legal, decent, honest and truthful. • All listings and adverts should be prepared with a sense of responsibility and respect the basic principles of fair competition generally accepted in business. • Gala Life does not guarantee: • the insertion of a listing or an advertisement • a specific page for a listing or advertisement • specific colour for an advertisement • exclusivity • Every effort is made to comply with the instructions of the advertiser however Gala Life does not accept responsibility for any inaccuracies in its listing or advertisement, or any consequences that arise. • It is the responsibility of the advertiser to ensure that the content of their listing/advert complies with all government legislation. • Any refund will not exceed the cost of the listing/advert. • Gala Life reserves the right to refuse advertising for any reason. • All artwork prepared by Gala Life remains the property of Gala Life and is copyright. • All material submitted for publication is done so entirely at the owners risk and no responsibility is accepted by Gala Life for its return. • Payment terms are ‘Payment on Advert Proof’ unless otherwise agreed. Any discounts that are given may be waived if payment is late and interest incurred from the due date. • Gala Life must be notified of any changes to be made to a listing or advert or cancellation of an ongoing agreement 7 days prior to that issue's deadline. • On receipt of proof copy, it is the advertiser’s responsibilty to check and confirm that it is correct, or confirm with amendments. Should we receive no further instruction by the deadline, it will be deemed that the advertisement has met with your requirements and will, therefore, be the version that is published, and charged to you accordingly. • Email addresses and mobile phone numbers may be used by Gala Life for marketing reasons. ie. deadline emails and deadline text alerts. Contact us to unsubscribe. • Gala Life reserves it's right to charge interest and claim compensation in the event of late payment. • We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. • Refund / Cancellation Policy : • Cancellations made 7 days prior to Copy Date will incur no charge. • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to Copy Date will incur 50% charge. • Cancellations made after Copy Date will incur 100% charge. • The placing of an order with Gala Life will signify the acceptance of the above conditions. Merchant of Record: Gala Life limited. Competitions • Entries are limited to one entry per person. • The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received before the deadline, that have correctly answered the tie-breaker. • There is no cash alternative. • The prize may be transferred by winner to someone else, at discretion of prize provider. • The winner will receive their prize within 2 weeks of the draw. • The winners will be informed by email within 7 days of the closing date, and must respond within 28 days to claim their prize. • Gala Life Ltd reserve the right to publish winners names. • Competitions are promoted by Gala Life Ltd, 57 Glen Crescent, Peebles EH45 9BS Read our Privacy Policy here
